# list_payments

> Catalog MCP tool: list your Router payments — the unified ledger across every service and delegation, newest first.

List your Router payments: the unified ledger across every service and delegation, newest first, at most **1000** records. Reading charges nothing. Needs a credential. This reads the same ledger the [Router ledger page](/docs/products/catalog/router/ledger) documents.

## Arguments

| Argument | Required | Type | Description |

| `delegationId` | no | string | Only payments charged to this delegation. |
| `from` | no | string | ISO-8601 lower bound on `createdAt`, inclusive. An unparseable value is an error. |
| `to` | no | string | ISO-8601 upper bound on `createdAt`, inclusive. An unparseable value is an error. |

## Returns

An array of records. `amount` is in the asset's **smallest unit** (see `assetDecimals`), not cents:

* `id` is the `paymentId` [`get_payment_result`](/docs/mcp/catalog-mcp/get-payment-result) takes.
* **`deliveryStatus`** is one of: `delivered` (request settled), `charged_not_delivered` (request failed and the merchant charge was observed), `charged_unconfirmed` (charge observed, delivery unconfirmed), `not_charged` (reconciliation proved no merchant charge), or `pending` (charge outcome unknown).

<Warning>
  On the **card rail (SPT / MPP-stripe)**, `deliveryStatus: "pending"` is **not** proof of no charge. Flag `charged_not_delivered` to the user.

This tool finds a `paymentId` and reconciles an uncertain payment. It does **not** return service responses (use [`get_payment_result`](/docs/mcp/catalog-mcp/get-payment-result)) or the remaining budget (use [`get_budget`](/docs/mcp/catalog-mcp/get-budget)).
